2023-08-08 - 60 years of great train robbery in England
On 08 August 1963, a gang led by Bruce Reynolds and Ronald Biggs robbed a British Royal Mail mail train near Mentmore and took around 2.6 million pounds sterling. The spectacular robbery attracted a lot of media attention and soon 12 gang members were caught, with Biggs and Charlie Wilson later escaping from prison.
