2025-11-21 - 30 years ago: Dayton Agreement for Bosnia-Herzegovina
On November 21, 1995, the presidents of Serbia, Bosnia and Croatia agreed on a peace treaty in Dayton, Ohio. This ended the war in Bosnia after three and a half years, in which 100,000 people lost their lives and more than two million people fled. The treaty was signed in Paris on December 14, 1995.
