70th anniversary of the death of Albert Einstein
Albert Einstein (born on 14 March 1879 in Ulm, died on 18 April 1955 in Princeton, New Jersey) is considered one of the most important and best-known physicists in the history of science. His main work, the theory of relativity, made him world-famous. He was awarded the Nobel Prize in 1921 for his services to theoretical physics. Einstein also utilised his extraordinary fame outside the scientific world and campaigned for international understanding and peace.
