Almost all migrants are leaving Ceuta – EU is dealing with the shock (with videos)
After the surge of tens of thousands of migrants into the Spanish enclave of Ceuta in North Africa, most people have returned to Morocco, according to the Spanish government. With hardly any chance of moving on and lacking accommodation and supplies, people were reportedly disappointed and chose to go back voluntarily, the newspaper 'El País' reported. The death toll has risen to 67. Rescue teams continued searching the sea into the morning.
