Althaus disqualified: German ski jumping mixed eliminated
Ski jumper Katharina Althaus was disqualified in the mixed team at the Winter Olympics. The reason was a non-compliant suit by the 25-year-old. The German team, which had previously done well in the competition, was eliminated after the first round on Monday in ninth place. Austria's Daniele Iraschko and Japan's Sara Takahashi were also disqualified. Here, too, their teams had no chance of winning precious metal.
