Bee Bricks: Bricks provide shelter for lonely bees

Bee Bricks are newly designed bricks with different sized openings that serve as nesting places for bees. They are made from recycled concrete. Bees can lay their eggs in the cavities. The bricks can be incorporated into any bee-friendly garden or building. Solitary bees, which make up nearly 250 of the UK's 270 or so bee species, play an important role in the natural ecosystem.
