At 18 degrees: Trump is wearing a coat and gloves

Chinese President Xi Jinping has arrived in Washington on a visit. With the temperature at around 18 degrees, Trump wore a coat and gloves during the ceremony and only took them off briefly to greet his guest. Bruises on his hands had previously sparked speculation about his health.
