Capone, Al (17.01.1899 - 24.01.1947)
Al Capone (17.01.1899 - 24.01.1947) was one of America's most famous criminals in the 1920s and 1930s. In the Chicago underworld, the Mafia boss did business with illegal gambling, prostitution, protection rackets and illegal alcohol trade and became a symbol of organised crime. The "Capone myth" found its way into many films, such as the biopic "Al Capone" from 1959 or "Gangster Land" from 2017.
