Diana, Princess of Wales (01.07.1961 - 31.08.1997)
Lady Diana Frances Spencer was born on July 1, 1961, in Park House on the royal estate of Sandringham in the English county of Norfolk. In 1981, she married the heir to the British throne, Prince Charles, and had two sons, Princes William and Harry. Princess Diana became a style and media icon and touched many people through her social commitment, which she continued even after her divorce from Prince Charles (1996). Diana died in a car accident in Paris on August 31, 1997. She is revered to this day as the "Queen of Hearts" in the United Kingdom.
