Dillon Matt
The American actor Matthew Raymond "Matt" Dillon was born on 18 February 1964 in New Rochelle (New York). Even as a young actor, he appeared in several socially critical youth films. He made his debut in Joseph Kaplan's drama "Rage in the Belly" (1979). In 1983, he played the lead role in "Rumble Fish" alongside Mickey Rourke, directed by Francis Ford Coppola. He became known to a wider audience with the comedy "There's Something abot Mary" (1998). Further films followed. Most recently, he starred in the tragicomedy "Asteroid City" (2023), directed by Wes Anderson.
