EXCLUSIVE - Lorna Ishema

TV commissioner Lorna Ishema prepared for her role in the ZDF thriller "Der Überfall" with real police officers. "There was police training beforehand, of course, and we were able to clarify many of our questions there," the actress, who was born in Uganda in 1989, told the Deutsche Presse-Agentur in Berlin. "However, I quickly realised that I also had limits there. Simply because the two police officers did an enormously good job of preparing us as well as they could, but did not share Antonia's reality of life as a 'black woman in the police'." Which is an important aspect for the character and story, though." The first part will be shown on Friday (4.3.) at 9.15 pm on ZDF, the others on Fridays (9.15 pm) and Saturdays (9.45 pm).
