Godard, Jean-Luc

born on 03.12.1930 in Paris. The French-Swiss director ("Out of breath", "Weekend") Jean-Luc Godard is part of the Nouvelle Vague, a style of French cinema. In 2010 he was awarded the Honorary Oscar for his life's work. From 1961-1965 he was married to Anna Karina, from 1967-1979 to Anne Wiazemsky. Both wives acted in his films.
