Queer sports stars have long since ceased to be a taboo subject. More and more homosexual athletes decide to come out despite or even precisely because of their athletic career. US tennis legend Billie Jean King already showed us in 1983 that coming out does not mean the end of a career, despite an unwanted coming out.
