Iran talks in Islamabad: Over 10,000 security personnel are on hand to ensure the talks run smoothly
Talks on finding a way out of the war with Iran are set to begin in Islamabad. Pakistan has massively stepped up security measures in the capital: more than 10,000 soldiers, police officers and paramilitary forces are on duty. The government district and diplomatic quarter have been cordoned off. According to security sources, preliminary talks at expert level are planned initially.
