Jimmy Page turns 80 (09.01.2024)

The British musician James Patrick "Jimmy" Page was born on 9 January 1944 in Heston (England). He was the founder, electric guitarist and producer of the British rock band "Led Zeppelin" (1968 to 1980). He was also a member of the bands "The Yardbirds" (1966 to 1968) and "The Firm" (1984 to 1986). He was also in great demand as a studio musician. In recognition of his charity work in Brazil, he was made an Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) by Queen Elizabeth II. For this reason, he also became an honorary citizen of the city of Rio de Janeiro. Jimmy Page was married twice: to Patricia Ecker from 1986 to 1995 and to Jimena Gómez-Paratcha from 1995 to 2008. He has five children from these marriages. He has been in a relationship with the English poet and performer Scarlett Sabet since 2014.
