Kareem Abdul-Jabbar
When Kareem Abdul-Jabbar retired in 1989, he was the all-time NBA leading scorer with 38,387 points and the first player to play 20 seasons. During an unprecedented career spanning 1,560 games, he rebounded 17,440 and blocked 3,189. He is a six-time NBA champion and just as many times voted Most Valued Player (MVP). Now, on April 16, Abdul-Jabbar will be 75 years old.
