Leonie Benesch becomes Berlinale's "Shooting Star" 2023
The German actress Leonie Benesch (31) is one of the ten European "Shooting Stars" who will be honored at the next Berlinale (February 16-26, 2023). At the age of 18, Benesch had already acted in Michael Haneke's award-winning film "The White Ribbon". In 2018 she received the German Acting Award for her role as Greta in the series "Babylon Berlin".
