Oldest tattoo artist in the world is 107

Apo Whang Od, 107 years old, is the oldest traditional tattoo artist in the world. In her village of Buscalan in the Philippines, she preserves the art of batok, a traditional Kalinga hand-engraving method. Her trademark is three dots, which symbolize her and her two apprentices.
