Pope Leo celebrates his first Christmas Mass
During his first Christmas Mass, Pope Leo XIV called for humanity, peace, and hope, emphasizing the dignity of every human being. He called for a global ceasefire, criticized the lack of a Christmas truce in the Ukraine war, and expressed hope for peace in the Middle East. On Christmas Day, he gave the “Urbi et Orbi” blessing in front of tens of thousands of believers.
