HRH Anne Elizabeth Alice Louise, Princess Royal, was born on 15 August 1950 at Clarence House in London. She is the only daughter of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip and the sister of King Charles III. After her second marriage, she was given the real name Anne Laurence.
