Rare white reindeer babies

As white as snow, two adorable, rare, white reindeer calfs have been born at Gower Fresh Christmas Trees, Poundffald Farm in Swansea. Although these reindeer have been born white, they are not albino. A rare genetic mutation causes the fur to be striped of its pigment therefore causing the reindeer to have white coats. Some Scandinavian traditions believe spotting a white reindeer to be a sign of good luck, riches and eternal happiness.
