Hanna Reitsch war eine deutsche Testpilotin und eine der bekanntesten Fliegerinnen des 20. Jahrhunderts, die während des NS-Regimes bahnbrechende Tests mit innovativen Flugzeugen und Raketenflugzeugen durchführte. Sie war die erste Frau, die einen Helikopter sowie ein Raketenflugzeug flog, und erhielt mehrere Auszeichnungen, wurde jedoch auch durch ihre Nähe zur NS-Führung umstritten. Nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg engagierte sie sich in der zivilen Luftfahrt, blieb jedoch aufgrund ihrer unkritischen Haltung zum NS-Regime eine umstrittene Figur.
