"Time" magazine names Trump "Person of the Year"

The US Time magazine has named President-elect Donald Trump "Person of the Year 2024". "Trump's political rebirth is unprecedented in American history" the magazine wrote in justification. "Since he ran for president in 2015, perhaps no person has changed the course of politics and history as much as Trump." After his first - then still surprising - election victory in 2016, "Time" magazine had already named Trump "Person of the Year" once before.
