US actress Olympia Dukakis is dead
The US actress and Oscar winner Olympia Dukakis ("Moonstruck") died on Saturday in New York City at the age of 89 after a long illness. This was reported by US media. Her brother Apollo Dukakis wrote on Facebook, "After many months of declining health, she is finally at peace and united with her (husband who died in 2018) Louis (Zorich). A cause of death was not given. Dukakis leaves behind three children.
