Weimar Republic - Treaty of Rapallo 1922
On April 16, 1922, on the fringes of the Genoa Conference, the German Reich and Soviet Russia concluded a treaty in which they agreed to establish diplomatic relations and mutually waive reparations. Both states thus wanted to break through their international isolation.
