Herzogin Camilla

Herzogin Camilla, geboren am 17.07.1947 in London, ist die zweite Ehefrau des britischen Kronprinzen Charles. In erster Ehe war sie von 1973 bis zur Scheidung 1995 mit Andrew Parker Bowles verheiratet, mit dem sie zwei Kinder hat. Der britische Thronfolger und Camilla Parker Bowles heirateten am 09.04.2005. Die Herzogin und künftige britische Königin unterstützt ihren Gatten bei seinen repräsentativen Aufgaben und engagiert sich als Schirmherrin zahlreicher gemeinnütziger Organisationen. Privat interessiert sie sich u.a. für die Pferdezucht, Jagen und Angeln, und mit Prinz Charles teilt sie die Liebe zur Natur.
