Die schwedische Schauspielerin und Sängerin Britt Ekland (eigentlich Britt-Marie Eklund) wurde am 6. Oktober 1942 in Stockholm geboren. Einem breiten Publikum ist sie im Wesentlichen als Bondgirl Mary Goodnight in dem James Bond-Film "Der Mann mit dem goldenen Colt" (1974) bekannt. Von 1964 bis 1968 war sie mit dem englischen Komiker Peters Sellers verheiratet.
