Hantavirus-Verdacht auf Tristan da Cunha: Großbritannien schickt Hilfe aus der Luft

Die Insel Tristan da Cunha gilt als einer der entlegensten Orte der Welt. Ein Einwohner der Insel war zuvor Passagier auf der «Hondius» und zeigt nun Symptome. Aufgrund der abgeschiedenen Lage des britischen Überseegebietes schickte die Regierung in London nun hilfe per Flugzeug. Sechs Fallschirmjäger und zwei Militärmediziner und medizinisches Material wurden über dem entlgenene Eiland abgeworfen.
